Range Rover 2017 SVO Design Pack Order Unboxing: A Parts Mix-Up
Eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Range Rover 2017 SVO Design Pack to enhance my vehicle’s aesthetics, I placed an order with SuperTweaks a little over a month ago. After a wire transfer and a wait typical for specialty automotive parts, I was excited to finally receive a tracking number. The package, as confirmed with SuperTweaks, was supposed to include everything for the SVO front bumper conversion and more:
- SVO Front Bumper including all necessary parts
- SVO Front Grill
- Rear Tailgate Gloss Black Trim Piece
- Black and Silver Front Grill Logo
However, upon unboxing, the excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Instead of the complete Range Rover 2017 SVO Design Pack components, the delivery contained only the Rear Tailgate gloss black trim piece and the SVO front bumper surround. Crucially missing were all the grills and essential parts required to assemble and install the bumper, rendering the surround unusable on its own. The distinctive black and silver front grill logo was also absent from the shipment.
As it stands, the gloss black tailgate trim is the only component from the entire order that can be utilized. I am currently in communication with SuperTweaks, who have been responsive thus far, hoping to resolve this shipment discrepancy and receive the missing Range Rover SVO Design Pack parts.
I will keep this community updated on the progress with SuperTweaks and the resolution of this order. Many of you are considering purchasing the SVO kit from them, so I hope this experience provides valuable insight. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome!
