Navigate to your order history using the ‘Complete Orders’ link in the ‘My Account’ menu and click on the ‘Return Item(s)’ button for the relevant order. Once your return request is processed, we will notify you via email regarding your refund. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund from the time you hand over your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the shipping transit time back to us (typically 5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many instances, you may receive your refund much faster than this estimated period.
